For all ticketed events, please note the following updated policies:

Face coverings are strongly recommended for fans who are not fully vaccinated, unless actively eating or drinking, per CDC guidelines.

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, note our Clear Bag Policy:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12")
  • Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5"x6.5")

 

Where can I park when I come to The Fillmore Detroit?

Parking is available across the street at the Comerica Park lots, behind HockeyTown in the Fox Garage, in Supreme Parking on Elizabeth Street and behind the Fillmore at Park and Elizabeth Streets.

What are your box office hours?

Due to the ongoing global pandemic, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and venue staff members, the box office will be open on-day-of-show only.  If you’d like to purchase tickets, please visit us at www.livenation.com.  If you’re looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled, postponed or rescheduled, please visit us at www.livenation.com/refund for more information.  We look forward to seeing you at our next show.

Can you purchase tickets directly from the Fillmore box office over the phone?

 

No. Tickets for all shows at the Fillmore Detroit may be purchased on the web at LiveNation.com.

 

 

 

How can I find out if there are still tickets available for a concert or event?

Please call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000.

How can I find out if a concert has an age restriction?

Please check the event details for the concert from our home page. For age restricted events, no one under the age of restriction will be admitted, even with a parent or guardian present. For age restricted shows, you must provide a valid, government issued photo ID for age verification prior to entering the venue.

What is your camera policy for concerts?

Generally, the camera policy is set by the artist. In most cases, we prohibit professional cameras, including cameras with detachable lenses, recording devices as well as external flash/lighting. If you have a question about the camera policy for a specific show, please contact us.

Do you offer ADA accommodations?

Yes, guests who require additional assistance may come up to the Box Office prior to the doors opening to have additional arrangements made to ensure they are taken safely and without any complications to their seats.

Where is your ADA restroom located?

Our ADA restroom is located in the Main Lobby, next to the Lobby Bar.

Do you allow service animals at concerts?

 

Yes, The Fillmore Detroit is in compliance with the Michigan Legislation for Service Animals and we do allow canine and miniature horse service animals inside the venue, however emotional support animals are NOT allowed inside the venue.

Do you have elevators inside your venue?

Unfortunately, our venue does not have elevator access from floor to floor. If you have purchased a Mezzanine, Loge, Lower Balcony, or Upper Balcony ticket and have trouble with stairs please contact us at 313-961-5451 for additional accommodations that we can make on our main floor for you.

Do you offer food inside of the venue?

Yes, we have a snack bar that is open for the majority of our shows.

I am diabetic, is it OK to bring in a small snack?

Yes, guests who have a small amount of UN-OPENED snacks such as a snack size pack of cookies, etc. are allowed to bring this item in. 

We are coming to a concert to celebrate a Birthday, Anniversary, Bachelor/Bachelorette Party, etc. – Do you do anything special?

What is the Fast Lane program?

The Fast Lane allows first entry after door time for concert-goers and may be purchased at the time of ticket purchase. There are a limited number of Fast Lane tickets available for each show. Advisable for General Admission events.

Is there an ATM at the Fillmore?

Yes, there is an ATM in the front lobby.

Is there a coat check at the Fillmore?

Yes, during the winter months our coat check will be open. Please note, this is on first come, first served basis.

Once I am inside the building for an event, am I allowed to leave and come back in?

Our events have a “no re-entry” policy, which means once you enter, you cannot leave and re-enter. There are food and beverages available on-site, as well as an ATM.

Can I smoke at The Fillmore Detroit?

Performances at The Fillmore Detroit are non-smoking including but not limited to e-cigs, vapes, etc. in accordance to the State of Michigan law, however we do provide an outdoor smoking section for our patrons.

I lost and item at a concert, who can I contact to see if my item was found?

Please contact our Lost and Found Department, Monday – Friday between 11am – 5pm at 313-961-5451, Option 3, to see if your item was turned in.
